Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 06, 2025

Thank you for using the services from NaviOneX Server. Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services through our website and the NaviOneX App.

1. Information We Collect

We minimize data collection to protect your privacy. Here are the types of information we gather:

  • Account Information: When you register, we collect a username, a hashed password, and a unique Device ID from your application. We do not require a personal email address for standard registration.
  • Optional Contact Information: You may provide a WhatsApp number for communication purposes with our admin, but this is not mandatory.
  • Transaction Information: When you top up your balance, we record transaction history such as the amount and invoice number for accounting purposes. We do not store your credit card details or other sensitive payment information; this is handled by our third-party payment gateway.
  • Aggregated Usage Data: We only monitor the total bandwidth usage (upload and download data) for each configuration. This is necessary to enforce quota limits. We do **not** log or monitor your browsing activity, such as the websites you visit, DNS queries, or the IP addresses you access.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used exclusively to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our services.
  • Process top-up transactions and manage your account balance.
  • Create and manage your secure connection configurations.
  • Enforce data quota limits according to your purchases.
  • Contact you when necessary, should you provide contact information.

3. No-Logs Policy

We are committed to a strict no-logs policy. We do not store records of:

  • Your original IP address or the server IP addresses you connect to.
  • Your browsing history, traffic data, or DNS metadata.
  • Connection timestamps and session durations.

The only data we process is the total bandwidth consumption to ensure our quota system functions fairly.

4. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. Account passwords are encrypted using strong hashing algorithms, and access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
